Nestled amid nature, Villa Hutan is a private residence that seamlessly merges with its surroundings, featuring an adjoining Yoga Shala and Retreat. The villa is situated atop a ridge that provides breathtaking views of a tropical valley and the river flowing below. The master planning ensured that the area's natural beauty was preserved, with no trees or land being disturbed during construction.
With an easterly orientation, the house receives abundant sunlight in the early morning, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for its occupants. The villa is designed as a single, open-roofed structure, using locally-sourced materials like reclaimed wood, bamboo, and lava stones, which gives it a natural and rustic appeal. The house's steel frame allows ample ventilation and creates a spacious, unobstructed living area.
The villa's lap pool shimmers in the sunlight and overlooks the jungle and river gorge below. Local materials, including reclaimed ironwood, Sukabumi, and lava stones, were meticulously selected to create a stunning natural oasis that perfectly complements the villa's surroundings.
